FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How do you ship?
A: We send as letter at this point. Working on (more expensive) alternatives.

Q: Are the things you send insured?
A: No. Usually not a problem. Working on an insured (more expensive) alternative. If you don’t get your shipment in 15 working-days, contact us and we most likely will work it out.

Q: Are the prints of archival quality?
A: Yes. 75+ years.

Q: Do you always use the same paper?
A: We try to. If our supplier have problems delivering the usual brand, we might have to use something similar from another manufacturer for a while.

Q: Can my work be featured and sold on your website?
A: Is it good enough it can. Contact us! Use the e-mail form.

Q: There is blur/grain/noise in the picture I bought! Why is that?
A: We don’t sell photos for their technical quality, but for their artistic quality. Usually the blur/noise/grain add to the feel of the image. And it is also stated in the prints description.
