General terms and conditions

All prints are for non commercial use only and may not be reproduced, re-sold or copied. All photographers and artists are protected by copyright law.

Images are not allowed to use for public display other than interior decoration use, for an example in a restaurant or an office where the art isn’t the focus.

Sales are at set dates and if you buy something close to a sale, you are not entitled to any compensation.

We do not accept returns. Damaged shipments should be reported to us and the shipping company including (photo-) documentation of state you order arrived in. We only replace damaged shipments or faulty prints and do not accept returns on any other basis.

 

Payment

We currently only use PayPal for payment. It is free to get an account with PayPal. Go here to sign up! We are looking to get VISA/MasterCard online payment services as soon as possible but there is still some waiting left.

Residents of the EU have to pay VAT. We have no possibility to exempt VAT for businesses at this point. VAT is included in the price.

 

Shipping

Standard shipping is as letter, meaning the tube with your print is not insured or traceable. If you are unsure about the standards of mail service in your country, you should consider paying extra for registered mail. We at Dekkster’s do not take responsibility for lost standard mail shipments. It is though very rare that things get lost and the cost much lower. If so happens, contact us and we can see what we can do.

If you are in a conflict area or an area with high crime, such as Honduras, Somalia, CAR etc, we might not ship there normally. You can contact us  and we could send by courier if service is available in your location.

Print quality and look

Read up on what you could expect the print to look like: we try to describe what look and feel the image has since we can (safely) only show screen-resolution versions on the website. We simply don’t want our images stolen.

The actual print-quality should be excellent since we use professional Epson large format 8-ink printers with pigment ink. Ink and papers are tested to last 75+ years if stored correctly. We examine all prints before shipment.

 

Resolving problems

If you have any problems with an order or shipment, or any questions, always contact us using the contact-form on our contacts-page. We will not deal with any claims or anything else unless we have been contacted first.

 

Reservations for mistypes and changes. Local laws and regulations apply (Sweden).
